North Main Family Dental Club

If you have insurance, it is often frustrating to find that the coverage you have is not sufficient to cover all your needs. With restrictions, deductibles, and annual limits, this often means you need to shortchange the care you want (or need). By joining the North Main Family Dental Club, you get a fixed amount that you pay each month. You will rest assured knowing that you can get preventative cleanings and exams that ensure your dental health. Each time you come in for treatment, we simply submit your billings to the insurance company. You receive your reimbursement directly from them. Our staff will be more than happy to show you how to structure your insurance coverage, so you can maximize the benefits you receive. Often, patients find it beneficial to pay out of pocket for routine preventative dentistry, saving their limits for other work such as fillings, crowns, or bridges. We would be happy to show you how to best take advantage of your specific situation.

Your membership in the Dental Club includes:

• Two appointments per year
• Annual oral exam
• All necessary x-rays
• Oral cancer screening
• Periodontal assessment for gum disease
• Consult for cosmetic dentistry options (if required)
• Scaling (cleaning) 3 units per appointment
• Polish to remove stains, and
  Fluoride application if desired

We have three levels of club membership available. These include:

• ADULT $69/mth
• YOUTH 12-18 YRS $56/mth
• CHILD UP TO 12 YRS $29/mth
